Infill’s are needed every 2-4 weeks depending on each individual and your lifestyle and how well you look after them. For better long-lasting results please follow our aftercare and use "Extended" the recommended lash shampoo designed especially for lash extensions to help keep your lashes clean and get rid of any bacteria or oils.

Reactions to lash extensions are rare and can show up in different forms. The most common: swollen eyes/eyelids, redness of the cornea, itchiness or discomfort around the eye area. These symptoms are likely to show up within the first 48 hours post application. We always recommend coming in for a patch test at least 48hrs before your appointment.

Yes but however we always recommended you avoid this for the first 24-48hrs after the initial treatment, when bathing or showering try to avoid excess steam by leaving the door or window open and not having the temperature too hot.

The biggest myth is that lash extensions damage your own lashes. They do not. If applied correctly and properly, they are safe and do not ruin the health of your natural lashes. Be sure not to rub your eyes or tug or pull on the extensions because this can cause lash loss and even damage to your natural lashes.

An infill is when you have 50% or more lashes left on from your last lash appointment, your lashes are cleaned and groomed and any old or outgrown lashes are removed. We then apply new ones where there has been loss, making them look fresh and full again.

Also known as hybrid lashes are a mix of single lashes and volume lashes so are not too natural, and they are not too dramatic

No! No! and No! There are water based mascaras that will not affect your lashes but we do not recommend any type of mascara nor do we think you will need to wear it once you are fully lashed. We would not recommend using strip lashes on top of your extensions either because the glue is impossible to get rid of and will cause your lashes to clump together.

No I’m afraid we do not Infill other lash artist’s work. All new clients must start with a new set.

NO-SHOWS, LATE CANCELLATION OR LATE ARRIVALS is not only inconvenient to our artists but to other clients as well. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If cancellation is required, please kindly give at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Less than 48 hours 50% or a NO SHOW, 100% of the treatment cost will be taken. This policy is set as we would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 48 hours. If you change your booking before 48hrs of the appointment your booking fee will just be transferred to your next appointment (we do not offer any refunds on booking fees). LASH EXTENSIONS SERVICES REFUNDS No refund is usually given on completed work, only fixes and removals (in case of allergy) because the work was done and products used.
