3D PRO VOLUME LASHES is an application of three eyelash extensions to one natural lash. Ideal for those with sparse lashes or those clients looking for the ultimate in volume.

This method creates an intense but soft, stunning effect without a ‘heavy’ look which will give you increased volume, 70% lighter than anywhere else and will not overload or damage your natural lashes.Â

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
MEET & GREET
Once you arrive at 3D Pro lashes studio, you will be asked to fill out a consultation form to record any relevant information prior to your eyelash extension treatment, such as medical history, allergies, type of lashes you are after etc.
We recommend arriving 10-15mins early for your appointment to complete this process.
STARTING YOUR SESSION
Your 3D pro artist will review your form with you and discuss your treatment options including any specific requests you might have or would like us to address during your treatment.
You will then lay on a comfortable, well cushioned chair, draped under a cosy velour blanklet – turn on the massage, heat and forget about the world as you relax the stress away. Treatment time takes approximately 1hr 30mins – 2hrs (excludes 10mins consultation).
DURING YOUR TREATMENT
It’s all about you now! Communication is key to receiving the most effective treatment for achieving your goals. Your artist will ask you to close your eyes tight for a lash bath then soon after will ask you to open your eyes (look up)
and will place small under eye pads or non-irritating surgical tape under your lower lashes to keep them out of the way. Your eyes are then kept closed for the duration of the procedure.
WRAP UP
After your treatment – your artist will make sure you feel comfortable with your new look, no irritants etc and they will go through with you aftercare, product recommendations and your next visit.

FIRST TIME BOOKING WITH 3d PROLASHES?
To book your appointments, please click BOOK NOW button and select a service. A 50% DEPOSIT is required for all services.
Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your very first appointment to fill out your consent forms, ask any questions & get an idea of what exactly you’re after.
If you’re under 16, you will need a parent present to sign your consent forms (first appointment only).
Lash extensions are considered a luxury service and can take anywhere from 1hr 45mins – 2 hours for a full set. All services include a complimentary lash bath to ensure your lashes are very clean.
BOOKING POLICIES
LATE POLICY:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will need to rebook for another day. Fees apply.
PAYMENT POLICY:
We only accept cash and card payments.
50%Â DEPOSIT is required when booking. Remaining amount to be paid at appointment.
CANCELLATIONS /NO SHOW POLICY:
Please give at least 48 HOURS notice via telephone call if you cannot make it to your appointment to avoid losing your 50% deposit.
INFILL POLICY:
An infill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. if you have less then 40%, you will be required to pay for full set price.

- Come to your appointment with no eye makeup.
- Reschedule if you are sick or have symptoms.
- Wear comfortable clothes for your appointment.
- Arrive on time or 5 minutes prior to ensure we have enough time for your service.
- Share your selfies and feel free to tag us!
DON'T
- Please no caffeine before your appointment.
- Don't bring more than one guest. No children allowed in studio due to insurance purposes.
- No-show or appear more than 15 minutes late.
- Ignore your aftercare advice. No mascara or lash curlers to be used.
- Open your eyes during your appointment. This can cause your eyes to hurt.
